New Web rep firm

A former agency executive and magazine sales representative have formed San Francisco-based WebRep, an advertising sales organization specializing in delivering advertising opportunities to individual Web sites. Partners Michael Hess, most recently director of ad sales for SmartMoney, and Neil Monnens, most recently media analyst and buyer on the Microsoft Network campaign at Anderson & Lembke, plan to sign up Web sites and package them as a network.
