Women.com picks Citron for branding

Women.com Networks chose Citron Haligman Bedecarre, San Francisco, for its estimated $15 million branding campaign, including TV, radio, print and outdoor. Finalists in the review included Y&R Advertising, San Francisco, and Wieden & Kennedy, Portland, Ore., executives close to the review said. Hampel/Stefanides, San Francisco, previously handled the account on a project basis. Modem Media-Poppe Tyson, Stamford, Conn., is expected to remain as Women.com's interactive agency.
