WPP buys 49% stake in UniWorld Group

WPP Group has purchased 49% of UniWorld Group, a U.S. multicultural marketing communications company with estimated billings of $230 million. Byron Lewis, chairman-CEO, will report directly to John Zweig, CEO of WPP's Branding & Identity, Healthcare and Specialist Communications businesses.
