Alison Adler Matz has been named publisher of WWD Beauty Biz. In this, role she will manage sales and marketing for the industry-news magazine published 10 times a year by Women's Wear Daily, as well as all beauty advertising in WWD. Ms. Matz served as publisher of Brides magazine, a Condé Nast publication, from May 2008 to October 2009. She was also associate publisher for Glamour, Teen Vogue and House & Garden between 2001 and 2008. Previously, Ms. Matz was associate publisher at Us Magazine and advertising director for Country Home Magazine.

Cammie Dunaway has been appointed to the newly created role of U.S. president and global chief marketing officer for KidZania, a Mexico-based global interactive entertainment and educational website. She was most recently exec VP of Nintendo, overseeing the Americas. Before that, Ms. Dunaway was the chief marketing officer for Yahoo. She also managed several brands for Frito-Lay during her 13-year tenure there, focusing mostly on teen and kid products.

Bazaarvoice has named Stephen Collins chief financial officer. Most recently, Mr. Collins served as president and CEO of Juris, a software company providing business systems to mid-sized law firms. Prior to Juris, Mr. Collins was CFO and CIO of DoubleClick, which he joined in January 1997 as controller, and helped grow from $6 million in revenue to a publicly traded company with more than 2,300 employees in 23 countries and over $500 million in annual revenue.

Online-marketing-software provider WebVisible has promoted Ron Burr to CEO. Mr. Burr joined WebVisible as chief operating officer in 2009. An internet pioneer, Mr. Burr founded NetZero and saw it through early growth to its dominant position as one of the world's largest internet service providers. He has eight internet-technology patents in online advertising and market research andInteractive Week named Burr one of the "25 Top Unsung Heroes of the Net."

Erin McIlvain has been named VP-national accounts for Hallmark Channels. Prior to joining Hallmark, Ms. McIlvain was director of programming for DISH Network. Before that, she served as the general manager of programming for EchoStar on a special assignment to Hong Kong, where her team launched a 36-channel startup for Taiwan.

Joel Idelson has joined Allen & Gerritsen as senior VP-creator of opportunities, a new position. Mr. Idelson was formerly VP and senior leader at Digitas and Razorfish. He was most recently president of Street Attack, an experiential marketing agency with offices in Boston and New York.
