She arrives from Interpublic Group of Cos.' Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos, New York, where she held the same title. Ms. Hill oversaw Verizon Wireless' retail, direct response, interactive and relationship marketing as part of her responsibilities.

She officially joins BBDO April 7 and will report to agency president Bill Katz.
At BBDO, Ms. Hill will oversee one of the agency's biggest new clients, America Online, a division of AOL Time Warner. The agency was hired to work on the AOL Broadband account and is still competing for the corporate branding assignment against independent Wieden & Kennedy, Portland, Ore. AOL is spending $150 million on new creative work, but it is unclear how the company intends to split that figure between assignments.
The next round of new AOL work from BBDO features a set of monks who silently walk around a monastery, only later to be found instant-messaging each other.
