People on the Move: DraftFCB Names Vita Harris Global Chief Strategy Officer

Vita Harris, formerly chief strategy officer of DraftFCB, New York, has been promoted to global chief strategy officer of the agency network. Prior to the merger of Draft and FCB in June 2006, Ms. Harris was exec VP and director-insight services at Draft, New York. There she pioneered an approach called Behavior Path Marketing to mine consumer insights to relevant marketing-communications programs. Before joining Draft in 1996, Ms. Harris was senior VP-group research director at N.W. Ayer & Partners, and she began her career at Saatchi and Saatchi Compton. In 2010, Ms. Harris was named a 2010 AAF AdColor Legend.

Torsten Kuenzlen has joined Molson Coors International as chief marketing officer, based in Denver. Mr. Kuenzlen previously spent 17 years with Coca-Cola, where he was most recently president-director of the Indonesia region. He led commercial and marketing operations for the company across the globe, and was part of a management team tasked with transforming Coca-Cola's business across Africa. Molson Coors established MCI in 2008 to manage the expansion of its brand portfolio outside of the U.S., Canada and the U.K., and it now manages the growth of its brand portfolio across 47 countries.

Nan-Kirsten Forte has been named CEO of the Travel Ad Network. For the past 13 years, Ms. Forte has been with WebMD, where she helped grow the site's consumer audience from less than 1 million to more than 100 million monthly unique users. Most recently she was exec VP-brand development and chief innovation officer at the company, and before that was exec VP-consumer services. Earlier in her career, Ms. Forte was president-programming and product development of Medcast, Greenberg News Networks, and before that was president of health of iVillage, where she launched Better Health, its first health channel.

Pat Connolly has been named head of strategy at Conde Nast Ideactive, the company's new marketing-services division. Before joining Conde Nast, Mr. Connolly was VP-group director media and marketing at Digitas, where he led the Delta Air Lines global marketing-communications business. During his nine years at the agency, he supervised additional client relationships such as Kraft Foods CRM, Hewlett Packard and, and served as the North American media lead in the agency's mobile practice. Previously, he was at General Motors, where he oversaw a global, digital dealer-education platform.

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia has appointed Ken West chief financial officer. Mr. West comes to MSLO from Marvel Entertainment, where he had served as exec VP-chief financial officer since 2002. Prior to joining Marvel, Mr. West, a CPA, was CFO of two privately held companies, and spent more than 15 years with the Stamford, Conn., office of Ernst & Young.

Peter Dille has been named chief marketing officer of Tapjoy. Before joining the mobile-advertising and app-distribution network, Mr. Dille was senior VP-marketing, PlayStation Network, at Sony Computer Entertainment America. Previously, he was senior VP-worldwide marketing for THQ, a global interactive software provider. He also served as senior director of product marketing for Sony Computer Entertainment America and was a key executive in the launch of the original PlayStation console in 1995.

Zmags has appointed W. Sean Ford chief operating officer-CMO. Mr. Ford reunites with Zmags President-CEO Michael Schreck after their partnership as co-founders of Upromise. Prior to joining Zmags, Mr. Ford was CMO of Syncsort. He has also held the position of VP-global business unit marketing at Oracle, where he was responsible for global marketing and strategy for Oracle's vertical industries, including retail.
