Everyday Health Appoints Goli Sheikholeslami Chief Product Officer

Goli Sheikholeslami has joined Everyday Health as chief product officer, a newly created position. She will be responsible for all products and technology across Everyday Health. Ms. Sheikholeslami comes to the online-health business from the Washington Post, where she was VP and general manager of the digital division. Prior to her tenure at the Washington Post, Ms. Sheikholeslami was senior VP and managing director of Conde Nast's Style.com.

Craig Etheridge has been named VP-mobile advertising Sales for Gannett Digital. Mr. Etheridge was most recently VP-emerging platform sales at The Weather Channel, responsible for sales of the company's mobile product portfolio. Mr. Etheridge was at the company for 15 years and also helped launch The Weather Channel's iPad application. Earlier in his career, he served as regional director of Netscape-AOL interactive marketing.

Debra Forman has been elevated to exec VP and director of Ketchum Digital. Ms. Forman most recently served as senior VP-director of operations and creative development for Ketchum's Digital Content Shop in North America. She joined the company in 1998 with experience in creative development and management for advertising agencies including GSD&M Advertising, Bates U.S.A. and ChiatDay. In addition to Ms. Forman's new role, Ketchum Digital recently added Joe Becker as VP-group manager, digital strategy; Ben Foster as VP and digital strategist, Chicago; and Tracy Sheridan as VP and digital strategist in San Francisco.

Ari Paparo and Amit Seth have joined the Nielsen Company as exec VPs in its global media products organization. Mr. Paparo will focus on advertiser solutions, cross-platform advertising effectiveness and online measurement products, while Mr. Seth will focus on developing products that maximize Nielsen's strength in data. Mr. Paparo comes to Nielsen from Google, where he managed a portfolio of advertising technology products including DoubleClick's DFA advertising-serving platform, DoubleClick Rich Media, and the DoubleClick ad planner. Mr. Seth most recently served as a consultant, coaching CEO's, founders and investors of early stage venture-backed companies. He has also held senior leadership roles at Yahoo and product development roles at Microsoft and IBM.

Starcom USA has named Kevin Lilly senior VP-mobile director. Mr. Lilly will assume responsibility for leading and developing Starcom's mobile standards, communication strategies and best practices. In addition, as head of digital for U.S. Cellular, Hallmark, Hanesbrands and Luxottica, he will help those clients better integrate digital strategy and drive innovation. In his prior role at Mindshare as a managing director, he handled accounts such as BP and Motorola and was responsible for the overall digital thought leadership across brands including Kimberly Clark, American Family Insurance, Abbott and Clearwire.

Jeff Olsen has been promoted to the newly created position of VP-Adult Swim digital and games. Previously, Mr. Olsen served as the creative director of AdultSwim.com. He began his career at Turner as a senior writer/producer with Cartoon Network's on-air department in 2000 and moved to Adult Swim in 2004. He also led the creation of Adult Swim Games. Additionally, Ryan Adams has been promoted to the newly created position of VP-program and schedule operations at Cartoon Network and Adult Swim. Mr. Adams first joined Turner Broadcasting in 1996 and began working with Cartoon Network two years later. In 2003, he was named director of programming & scheduling within the strategic operations groups.
