BMG Label Group named Kevin Beisler senior VP-development, film, TV and theater. He previously served as senior VP-special programming and publicity at RCA Music Group.

AKQA hired Lester Feintuck as its chief financial officer. He comes to AKQA from Grey Group, where he was exec VP and chief financial officer-advertising division.

Frank Minishak became VP-sales, eastern region, for He was most recently VP-digital sales at Madison Square Garden, where he established MSG Media's first digital-sales division.

GSW Worldwide appointed Thomas Groves, former exec VP and director of account planning at Ogilvy Healthworld, as its exec VP-director of strategic planning.

In-game-advertising firm Double Fusion added Joshua Larson as VP-business development. He was previously VP-games at CNet Networks. Glen Sussman was named chief financial officer; previously he was chief financial officer and chief operating officer of GameTrust. Julie Shumaker was promoted from senior VP-sales and marketing to general manager of its Core Games Group.

Robert Traub was named VP-licensing, Americas, at Chorion. Most recently, he was senior VP-global retail sales and marketing development at Nickelodeon and Viacom Consumer Products.

Federated Media Publishing tapped Justin Nesci as senior VP-sales and marketing. Mr. Nesci led sales and marketing teams at digital-media companies including Warner Music Group and MTV Networks/Nickelodeon.

Bob Lukasik joined IMC Squared as VP-group creative director. He was formerly executive creative director of G2 Interactive (previously Grey Interactive).
