Anne Saunders, the former senior VP-global brand strategy and marketing at Starbucks Coffee Co., joined Bank of America, Charlotte, N.C. At BofA, she'll take on the newly created role of brand and advertising executive.

Arnold, Boston, hired Jonathan Sackett to act as the agency's first chief digital officer. He was most recently senior VP-director of digital operations at DraftFCB, Chicago.

Monster brought on Joan Blackwood as chief marketing officer. Prior to joining the Maynard, Mass.-based job site, Ms. Blackwood was senior VP-worldwide marketing at CA (formerly Computer Associates).

Andrea Kerr Redniss was tapped to be the senior VP-managing director at Publicis Groupe's Optimedia U.S., New York. The industry vet, who was most recently media director at Interpublic Group of Cos.' ID Media, will manage Optimedia's NewCast digital unit.

Los Angeles-based Virgin Entertainment Group boosted Dee Mc Laughlin to VP-marketing. Ms. Mc Laughlin moves from senior director-marketing and director-brand marketing and replaces former Virgin CMO Dave Adler, who left the company in May 2006.

Kim Caruso was named executive director-ad sales research at GSN, the Santa Monica, Calif.-based game-show cable channel. She most recently held the role of senior director-ad sales research at the Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel.

Jeff Sapan was elevated to integrated marketing for Time Inc. corporate sales and marketing, New York. He was previously executive director-integrated marketing.
