Norm Yustin Named President of Euro RSCG, Chicago

Norm Yustin has joined Euro RSCG, Chicago, as president. Mr. Yustin comes to the agency from Claire's Stores, where he served as global chief marketing officer. Mr. Yustin has an extensive background in advertising, including stints at agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather, where he worked on Unilever and Nestle, and eight years at Leo Burnett, where he rose through the ranks from leadership assignments in Vietnam and Poland to a senior role as global account leader in Chicago. Mr. Yustin was then recruited by Fallon, where he was named global brand director. His work over the years has been recognized with eight Effie's and 14 Cannes Lions.

Gustavo Martinez has been named president of McCann Worldgroup Europe. He comes to McCann from Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide, where he held the position of director-global brand management and global new business director. Prior to that role, Mr. Martinez held a number of other leadership positions with Ogilvy & Mather, including Latin America regional chief operating officer, and Latina South region president, Ogilvy & Mather Argentina. Mr. Martinez has also served as head of the McCann Erickson Communications Group in Barcelona.

Beats Electronics, the company behind the Beats by Dr. Dre headphone products, has appointed Luke Wood president and chief operating officer. Previously, Mr. Wood was the chief strategy officer of Interscope Geffen A&M Records and president of the imprint DGC Records. In those positions, he was responsible for the company's traditional and digital business development and the creation and execution of the company's operational strategy. Mr. Wood is also a veteran creative music executive who has discovered and marketed a diverse portfolio of platinum-selling artists.

Arnold Worldwide has tapped Jose Luis Martinez as VP-creative director. Mr. Martinez joins Arnold's Boston office after five years at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, where he honed his skills with extensive digital experience for clients including Haagen Dazs, Hewlett-Packard and Hyundai. Mr. Martinez was part of the team that created the digital work for Sprint, including the launch of the "Now Network." The campaign won an Integrated Campaign Gold Lion at Cannes in 2009 and has been recognized by the Clios, the One Show, D&AD and the Andy 's. Prior to Goodby, Mr. Martinez worked at EVB, where he led creative teams on Wrigley's Orbit and Winterfresh gum, as well as Adidas, Hitachi and Gallo Wineries.

Robert Pietsch has joined Sharethrough as VP-sales. Most recently VP-sales for MySpace, Mr. Pietsch will lead all sales efforts for the social video-advertising company in North America. In addition to his experience at MySpace, Mr. Pietsch was also chief digital advertising officer at, where he was responsible for all sales and marketing initiatives that drove advertising revenue from, Audience Network and the Business and Finance Blog Network.

Rosie Pisani has been appointed senior VP-marketing for WE TV and Wedding Central. As a consultant to the women's networks for the past several months, Ms. Pisani was behind WE tv's recent brand refresh and new tagline, "Life As WE Know It." She was also a consultant to other various cable networks, including WE sibling network IFC. Prior to her consulting work, she was senior VP-creative services for Rainbow Media. Ms. Pisani also worked at Showtime Networks as the director of acquisition marketing, where she managed direct marketing campaigns for Showtime and The Movie Channel.

Turner Sports has named Paul Volen VP-general manager of SI Digital, based in Atlanta. Mr. Volen comes to Turner Sports from the PGA Tour, where he served as VP-business development and operations for new media. Prior to joining the PGA in 2006, he spent three years at Yahoo as VP-general manager of Content Match, Yahoo's contextual advertising business.
