Richard L. Scheidker, former senior VP of the American Association of Advertising Agencies, died June 9 in Sarasota, Fla. He was 81. Mr. Scheidker headed projects that established the National Advertising Review Board and the Advertising Educational Foundation. He retired in 1971.
