People on the Move: Mel Cruickshank Named President of Wunderman U.K.

Wunderman has hired Mel Cruickshank as president to lead the agency's U.K. operations and serve as a member of the Wunderman leadership board. Ms. Cruickshank comes to Wunderman from LIDA, part of M&C Saatchi, where she was CEO since 2009. Throughout her tenure at LIDA, Ms. Cruickshank added clients such as Boots, MINI, DHL, IKEA, International Hotel Group and O2. She also championed a series of industry events involving creatives from top U.K. agencies that focused on celebrating and supporting the creativity in the U.K. direct industry. Prior to LIDA, Mel worked in the U.K. for TBWA GGT, Smith Bundy and MRM.

Oxygen Media has elevated Puja Vohra to the newly created position of senior VP-marketing. Ms. Vohra, who served as VP-ad sales marketing for more than two years, will assume a larger role as the network's point for both the corporate consumer marketing and ad-sales marketing groups. Prior to Oxygen, Ms. Vohra helped launch Planet Green at Discovery Networks by developing their marketing plan, including branding and overall media, partnerships, trade and event strategy. Before that , she was VP-ad sales marketing at Bravo Media, where she introduced "The Affluencers," a trade campaign to the advertising community. Additionally, she was Bravo's director of consumer marketing, where she developed partnerships with such as MySpace, Fresh Direct, the MTA and Allure Magazine; as well as off-air marketing campaigns for shows such as "Project Runway," "Top Chef" and "The Real Housewives of Orange County."

Momentum Worldwide has announced two new additions to its New York leadership: David Chamberlain has been promoted to senior VP-executive creative director and Rick Arnstein has been tapped as senior VP-business development.

Mr. Chamberlain joined Momentum in February 2011, acting as group creative lead across all of the agency's American Express activations, including efforts for U.S. Open Tennis, the TriBeCa Film Festival, New York Fashion Week, U.S. Open/PGA, Ryder Cup Golf and the NBA. Before Momentum , he was executive creative director at Gyro and associate creative director at Imagination in London. He honed his skills at Fitch! and Saatchi & Saatchi.

Mr. Arnstein was previously general manager and managing director of GMR Marketing in New York for over 15 years, during which time he expanded client partnerships to include Microsoft, Intel, Best Buy, ING, Sony, NBA, MLS, NFL and more. He also supported the launch of the agency's Xbox business and the production of the first Vertical Fashion Show in the United States for Marshall Fields/Target .

Catalog Spree, the highest-rated catalog shopping app for the iPad, has added Arnaud Collin as chief marketing officer. Mr. Arnaud brings more than 12 years of experience in consumer internet and e-commerce to the startup. In addition to leading the eBay marketing teams in Belgium and Australia, he also drove eBay customer loyalty and retention. He was most recently at Plum District as VP-contract and before that served as VP-marketing and product management at startup Offermatic.

Doner has announced three promotions within the agency's brand-leadership and broadcast business affairs departments: Wendy DeWindt to senior VP-brand leader, Cara Dudek to VP-brand leader and Katherine Simmonds to VP-business manager.

With over 14 years of agency experience, Ms. DeWindt began her career at Doner as an account manager in 2004, working her way up the ranks on clients such as Progressive Insurance, PNC Bank, Expedia, AAA and Cox Communications. Ms. Dudek, who previously spent six years at Young & Rubicam/Team Detroit in Michigan, distinguished herself for the strategic alignment and integration of Doner's Cat's Pride account, in addition to playing a role in the agency's new business efforts. Ms. Simmonds joined Doner nine years ago as an assistant business manager, working on a wide range of agency accounts, and has integrated her broadcast process experience into the emerging digital world.

SocialVibe, a technology company that powers engagement advertising, has added three senior executives to support global growth: John Capano as chief marketing officer, Brett Lofgren as chief revenue officer and Bob Lonigro as VP-sales. Mr. Capano was most recently senior VP-digital strategy at Wunderman, where he advised clients such as Toshiba, Southwest Airlines and Invisalign. Mr. Lofgren joins SocialVibe from the Epic Media Group, a leading player in the online performance marketing space, where he was chief revenue officer. He also spent more than six years in various sales leadership roles at Yahoo and is a founding member of Kinetic Social. Mr. Lonigro was VP-media sales at Blue Noodle, a casual and social gaming advertising company, prior to joining SocialVibe. He also previously led the sales team at Live Gamer, the world's first combined digital commerce and advertising platform for the interactive entertainment industry, and was an executive of media sales at Electronic Arts'
