Troy Kelley has joined R/GA as VP-managing director, client services and will be responsible for leading the agency's Walmart business. Mr. Kelley comes to the agency from Arnold Worldwide, where he served as exec VP-chief digital officer and was responsible for the creation of Arnold 's social media and mobile offerings. While at Arnold , he managed the CVS/Pharmacy and Progressive Insurance digital teams and led digital advertising, media, online CRM, and e-commerce engagements for Hershey's, McDonald's, Ocean Spray and Fidelity Investments. OMD has named Ben Winkler its new chief digital officer and Colin Sutton as director of its social offering, OMD Word. Mr. Winkler joins OMD from IPG's Initiative , where as senior VP-director of digital, he managed digital programs and campaigns on behalf of Bayer, USAA and Hitachi. He also led the digital new-business practice with notable wins on Verizon Telecom, USAA and Hasbro. His prior agency experience includes the Martin Agency, where he served as VP-interactive Media; and i33 Communications, where he was media director. Mr. Sutton was most recently at Group M's social arm M80, where he was managing director .

On the heels of new assignments for Comcast and SuperValu, Burrell Communications has appointed four new executives: Robert Clifton as exec VP-executive creative director; Karen McDowell as VP-group account director; Maria Moffitt as VP-group account director; and Sharon Ali as account director. All four will be based out of the agency's Chicago headquarters. This will be Mr. Clifton's second stint at the African-American marketing agency in his 20-plus -year career in advertising. He most recently worked as exec VP-executive creative director at Campbell Mithun and before that was senior VP-senior creative director at Leo Burnett. In his new role, he'll work primarily on McDonald's and Toyota. Ms. McDowell was previously director-marketing and communications at oral health company DentaQuest and will work on the Procter & Gamble Pantene, Crest and Clairol Professional brands. Ms. Moffitt, who will work on Olay, CoverGirl, My Black Is Beautiful and My Home Made Beautiful, most recently served as principal of Atlanta-based LattimerMoffitt Communications, leading strategic development for Burger King, Checkers and American Cancer Society. In the newly created role of account director on the General Mills team, Ms. Ali will be responsible for work on brands including Grands!, Yoplait and Feeding Dreams, a growing African-American initiative for General Mills. She previously was director-merchandising solutions for Quaker Foods and Beverages. has tapped Eileen Mulloy as its first senior VP-sales. Before coming to the weight-loss/active-lifestyle site, Ms. Mulloy was senior VP-sales and marketing at and Prior to that , she was publisher of, where she led the team to significant revenue growth. She also drove revenue growth at several of Conde Nast's digital sites, including Concierge and, as well as websites for many of its magazines. Prior to Conde Nast, Ms. Mulloy was regional advertising director at WebMD.

LBi has appointed David Rosenberg to the newly created role of director-innovation, based in the New York office. He comes to the independent marketing and technology agency from JWT, where he founded the emerging media group, serving as director-emerging media for the past five years. Mr. Rosenberg's team at JWT created award-winning marketing, social media and mobile strategies as well as gaming programs for clients including Microsoft, Nestle, Kraft/Cadbury, Bloomberg and Domino's Pizza.

Dominic Ainscough has been promoted to senior VP-general manager of Parade Digital. Mr. Ainscough will lead Parade's online initiatives for consumers, newspaper partners and advertisers, as well as focus on new mobile and social-media strategies for the company's brands. Mr. Ainscough joined Parade in 2004 as director-business development and was promoted to senior director in 2007. In 2009, he was named VP-syndication and development, and has been a driving force behind the development of Parade Digital. Prior to joining Parade, Mr. Ainscough was senior analyst-media and entertainment strategies for The Yankee Group and an associate at GEN3 Partners.

Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings has appointed Michael Chico senior VP-National Sales Group. Previously, Mr. Chico served as exec VP-advertising sales and marketing for Screenvision Cinema Networks, where he was responsible for on-screen advertising, mobile and texting platforms, lobby kiosks and scanners, digital signage and more. His prior positions include exec VP-advertising sales for Madison Square Garden, senior VP of East Coast Sales for the NBC Television Stations and a variety of leadership roles within the Walt Disney Company, including ABC-owned TV stations, ABC new-media sales and ESPN.
