Havas' Euro RSCG Worldwide, New York, elevated Daniel Floyed to exec VP-global business development. Mr. Floyed joined the shop in 2005 and was previously global brand director on the Jaguar Cars account. He will continue to oversee the Jaguar business in his new role.

Wunderman, New York, announced that Worldwide Creative Director Steve Harrison will leave the agency this summer. In a release, the WPP Group shop said no immediate successor will be named and did not give a reason for Mr. Harrison's departure.

Catherine Levine shifted from The New York Times, where she was VP-digital, to to assume the role of chief operating officer. Accompanying her was Alyson Racer, who will be DailyCandy's VP-advertising sales. At the Times, Ms. Racer served as VP-advertising.

Interactive shop Avenue A/ Razorfish promoted a pair of key executives in its New York office. Barbara Ward Thall was boosted from client partner to VP-client partner, and David Wish moved from senior account director to client partner.

Mullen, Detroit, hired Joyce Karel as senior VP-account director. Ms. Karel, who was previously the marketing director at Whirlpool, will oversee the GM Cardmember Services business at the Interpublic Group of Cos. agency.

Laura Kreutzer was named regional sales and marketing manager at Hard Rock International, Orlando, Fla. Previously, Ms. Kreutzer managed Disney Resort Destinations' reward programs.
