R/GA, New York, boosted Chloe Gottlieb to VP-executive creative director of the agency's Interaction Design arm. Ms. Gottlieb, 34, was previously executive creative director and replaces Kip Voytek as head of the approximately 50-person design group.

Aspen Marketing Services tapped Gust Kouvaris as group president of the agency's Events and Experiential Marketing Group; he will be based in Detroit. Most recently, Mr. Kouvaris was exec VP-director of General Motors' R-Works arm, where he was responsible for establishing client relationships across all GM divisions and for negotiating agency-of-record contracts annually.

Andrew B. Knopf was named senior VP-sales for Alloy Media & Marketing's in-school TV network, Channel One. He was previously VP-sales at World Wrestling Entertainment.
