Interpublic Group of Cos.' R/GA, New York, named Barbara Hamilton executive creative director on its Johnson & Johnson account. The 25-year industry vet moves to R/GA from Publicis Groupe's Digitas, where she was VP-associate creative director.

Robert Juster was promoted to VP-new media and interactive at Comcast's G4 network, based in Los Angeles. He was most recently G4's executive producer-interactive.

Stephen J. Caldeira became exec VP-global communications and chief public affairs officer at Dunkin Brands, the parent of Dunkin Donuts, Baskin-Robbins and Togo's. Mr. Caldeira was formerly co-founder and president-CEO of the nonprofit Elliot Leadership Institute.

Wenham, Mass.-based Mullen named Ross Dobson managing partner. The executive will lead digital, direct-marketing and analytic-group efforts at the Interpublic agency. He was formerly managing director-strategy and enablement at Stone Ward, Little Rock, Ark.

Mobile-ad firm Millennial Media, Baltimore, brought on Peter Bassett as senior VP-advertising sales. Most recently, he was senior VP-advertising sales and recruiting solutions at Community Connect.

John Roberts joined Dentsu America, New York, as senior VP-business development. He previously led the Deutsch Bank, Lufthansa and Global Crossing accounts at Interpublic's Gotham.
