NEW YORK: Cheshire Films Producer Jason Lannert (r.) celebrates with Cheri Carpenter, Leo Burnett Co. VP-director of corporate communications, after being declared the winner of a trip to next year's International Advertising Festival at Cannes. Mr. Lannert correctly predicted the outcomes in races for 20 Lions at the 1999 festival, more than any other contestant. Burnett is sponsoring the trip.
