John Wildman, to senior VP-marketing and sales, Bally Total Fitness, Chicago, from VP-sales and marketing.

Marc Teren has been named president of Digital Ink Co., the Washington Post Co.'s digital media and electronic information services subsidiary, from VP-general manager of Walt Disney Co's Disney Interactive entertainment division. To associate creative director at Deutsch, New York: Chris Van Oosterhout, from art director, and Mark Jensen and Liz Gumbinner, from copywriters. Also, Creative Director Greg DiNoto is leaving Deutsch to direct commercials; no replacement named. Kathy Delaney, an associate creative director, will assume much of Mr. DiNoto's responsibilities.

Mark Addicks promoted from director to VP-marketing, for General Mills' Big G New Business Enterprises unit. Also at General Mills, Dan Strickland to senior VP-research and development, from executive VP-worldwide research and development, Johnson & Johnson.

Jay Samit to VP-Universal New Media Group, Universal City, Calif., from Jasmine Multimedia Publishing which he founded in 1981. In the newly created position Mr. Samit will oversee original content development from Universal's properties.
