"In 2004, we took Time's 'Red Border' campaign to the streets as a means to engage consumers more fully with their world," says Fallon/N.Y. ECD Ari Merkin. "This campaign enabled consumers to interact with Time's content outside of the pages of the magazine. Essentially, these weren't ads that were done outdoors for the magazine; these ads were the magazine outdoors."
