Skunk has signed director Jonathan Augustavo for commercial representation in the U.S. Augustavo's first work since signing includes Playstation's new spot out of BBH, Victory Dance. He is best known for directing music videos for artists such as Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Tinie Tempah and Schoolboy Q.

Caviar has added former Google creative director Jonathan Zames to its directorial roster. Zames, who has also worked as a cinematographer and comedy writer, is originally from Montreal, and now lives in New York. Since signing with Caviar, Jonathan has shot campaigns for Samsung, Tide, Benjamin Moore, YouTube and Gillette.
Director Julian Pugsley has signed with Traveling Picture Show Company for exclusive representation. Previously represented by Great Guns, Pugsley has directed commercials for brands such as Black & Decker, Eastpak, Volkswagen, Above The Influence, MTV, Nokia and Time Out. Before becoming a director, he was an agency creative, working for agencies including Berlin Cameron Red Cell and Kirshenbaum Bond.
Redbear Films has signed director Alan Tudyk for his first-ever U.S. commercial representation. Tudyk, also an actor who's had roles in films like "I, Robot," "Knocked Up" and "Frozen," and TV shows including "Arrested Development" and "Suburgatory," has helmed a new campaign for Slickdeals produced direct-to-client.
New York-based creative studio Cause and Effect has hired creative director Anthony Gelsomino. Gelsomino is a former VP-creative director of Nickelodeon Movies and on-air promotions and spent 20 years working with MTV Networks channels including MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, Nick At Nite and TV Land. There, he create promotional campaigns for blockbuster films including "Shrek 3" and "Shrek 4", Dreamworks' "Madagascar" franchise and "Tin Tin." His work for the Kid's Choice Awards earned him an Emmy for Outstanding Campaign Announcement.
New York-based entertainment and media company Alldayeveryday has hired Arrow Kruse and Philip Fox-Mills as partners and executive producers. Kruse and Fox-Mills will be responsible for building and managing the firm's roster of directors and filmmakers. Kruse, a former Wieden & Kennedy Portland staffer, joins from Ridley Scott & Associates (RSA), where he served as executive producer and focused on branded, digital, and multi-platform entertainment projects. Fox-Mills was also an executive producer at RSA.
Independent Chicago-based production shop Jerry Rig has hired Katie Matson-Walker as executive producer. Walker was previously production director at Publicis Groupe's Razorfish and has also worked at Believe Media and Mekanism, with brands including AT&T, ESPN, GE, MAC Cosmetics, Samsung, and Stella Artois.
Creative editorial and content production house Hybrid has opened a new location in Austin, Texas, headed by Susan Munro, editor/partner at Hybrid. The Southwest location's official first project is a campaign for AT&T U-verse.
