Swiss director Ivo Wejgaard has signed with commercial production company Identity for representation in the U.S. Wejgaard specializes in working with international beauty and lifestyle brands including Lancome, L'Oréal, Laura Biagiotti, 4711, Reebok, Olay, Nivea, Palmers, Olympus, Ponds and more, and with talent that includes Julianne Moore, Lucy Liu and Freida Pinto. His first feature film, "The Inexplicable Tale of the Girl in the Feather Jacket," is scheduled for release in 2019. Internationally, Wejgaard is signed with Quad Productions in France and Fresh Film Production in the U.K. He is currently based in Switzerland, with future plans to move to Los Angeles to continue directing commercial and feature film projects in the U.S.

Mass Appeal is signing director Katya Bankowsky to its roster. Bankowsky has directed ads, branded entertainment and digital campaigns for clients including the WNBA, NFL, Reebok, Maserati, Verizon, the US Olympic Committee, Chase and Brazilian Brahma beer. Prior to joining Mass Appeal, she directed a piece for the New York Times on French fashion icon Michele Lamy and a web series she wrote, directed, and co-starred in with Lamy. She also directed, produced and edited the 1999 documentary film "Shadow Boxers" that follows the rise of women's boxing and tells the story of the first undefeated female world champion, Lucia Rijker.
Creative animation and design studio Lobo is adding Brazilian directing duo Alton to its roster for global representation. The duo, based in Sao Paulo, comprises Felipe Machado and Tiago Marcondes, and specializes in stop-motion, 3D, motion graphics and mixed media. Their work includes a recent Lobo project for the Annecy International Film Festival that reimagines some of Brazil's most iconic animated work to celebrate 100 years of outstanding Brazilian animation.
Rock Paper Scissors has promoted Lauren Dellara from assistant editor to editor on its roster, for commercial representation in the U.S. Her most recent commercial project was Nike's "Dream Crazy" starring Colin Kaepernick for Wieden & Kennedy. Other work includes Nike Basketball's "Chosen One" with director Hiro Murai as well as The North Face, Calvin Klein, additional work for Nike, Netflix and a music video for Sza's "Broken Clocks."
Creative technology company Splash Worldwide has tapped Audra Brown as client services director. Based in Splash's Portland, Oregon office, she joins Splash Worldwide from Portland agency CMD, where she worked for the past eight years. Splash also recently hired Erik Semmelhack as chief revenue officer, based in New York He joined from creative production studio Ars Thanea, having launched its North American office in 2015.
