Wong, Doody, Crandall, Wiener operates as a "creative democracy" -- a philosophy that states that great ideas can come from anyone in the agency, no matter their title. Wong Doody also handled TV creative for Amazon's first brand campaign ever, for the Kindle Fire HD e-reader.
