Jose Molla is the force behind La Comunidad, one of the U.S. Hispanic agencies doing the most to bring inspired creative work and strategic thinking to the Latino market and beyond.

Mr. Molla, 39, moved from being a Nike creative director at Wieden & Kennedy to starting his Miami agency five years ago.

"Jose is a great cultural observer and has a knack for delivering simple, pure ideas that galvanize diverse audiences," says Bob Stohrer, VP-brand and communications at Virgin Mobile.

"Young Hispanics are driving U.S. culture," Mr. Molla notes. "Being ethnic is cool [and] agencies that understand this have an advantage" in reaching all types of people.
