"I don't really think there is a glass ceiling, especially with millennials today," said Shelley Zalis, CEO of Ipsos OTX, who stopped by the Ad Age @ space on the first day of Advertising Week in New York on Monday.
"All millennials, men and women, should 'lean in,' and activate," she added.
Ms. Zalis also explained the origins of the Ipsos Girls' Lounge, meant to be a "social place" for women in marketing and research, during the heavily male Consumer Electronics Show.
