Last year, the firm started "30 Days of Creativity " -- encouraging employees to come up with a new idea per day for a month.
Team One, with a client roster that includes Lexus, American Express and Ritz-Carlton, gives out a "Big Idea" award of $25,000 to anyone who develops and presents an executable business model.
