Undertone Is No. 9 on Ad Age's Best Places to Work List
A correction has been made in this story. See below for details.
You may not need to wear formalwear to pick it up, but if you're caught doing great work at Undertone, you may win an "Undertonie." It's just one way digital advertising company Undertone encourages and rewards creativity. There are also weekly massages, manicures and a free-beer cart.
But the one perk that proves to be a stand out among employees who answered Ad Age 's survey is health care: Undertone offers 100% medical and dental coverage. "Our philosophy is that medical benefits are extremely important and something that we feel strongly about providing to our employees," said Avi Singer, Undertone's VP-people.

CORRECTION: An earlier version misquoted Avi Singer regarding medical and dental coverage. The company offers 100% medical and dental coverage to its employees. "Undertonie" was mispelled as "Undertony." Additionally, Undertone is a digital advertising company, not a digital-media agency. Ad Age regrets the errors.
