We haven't tasted it yet, but Vanilla Coke sounds like a tough sell. Is it like cream soda with a really bad aftertaste? Whatever, hiring natural wiseguy Chazz Palminteri to do a Sopranos thing sounds like a good idea. We thought maybe Mob Chic was over, but after the way the New York papers slavishly eulogized John Gotti, fuhgettaboutit. Hence The Martin Agency's two spots, themed "Reward your curiosity," in which nosy young guys are brought before a threatening Palminteri, but instead they're rewarded with a Vanilla Coke, as Big Chazz recites copy points like it was dialogue from a Tarantino flick.
