From a 2020 no-layoff pledge to federal student loan payment matching, Good Apple tops the culture list

From employee benefits to community outreach, Good Apple's culture is pure gold.

Good Apple reassured its employees in 2020 that it would not make any layoffs through the end of the year, thanks to the funds it has on hand from reinvesting in the business. Salaries begin at $60,000 and employees find out at the start of each year how much of a bonus they’ll earn if the agency hits its goal. The agency pays for “financial fitness” courses. And it has started to match federal student loan payments, up to $5,250 per employee.
Community outreach includes matching staffers with students from a nearby high school in the Bigs & Littles NYC World of Work Program since 2017.
