For PepsiCo, Boden helped lead a program called Juntos Crecemos (Together We Grow), which is designed to boost Hispanic-owned small businesses. It has included Jefa-Owned, an initiative that provides support to Latina-owned food and beverage businesses, such as expert advice on delivery logistics, technology, marketing and SEO. The agency helped land an appearance at the Nasdaq opening bell ceremony, in which PepsiCo execs joined Latina business owners. Boden also helped organize philanthropic programs in Phoenix around the 2023 Super Bowl that included Latino actor, producer and activist Wilmer Valderrama—surprising two local small business owners with $10,000 checks.
In total, Juntos Crecemos campaigns have led to 4.8 billion earned media impressions, according to the agency.
For McDonald’s, Boden was involved in a program called Spotlight Dorado that amplified and empowered Latino voices, including supporting emerging artists in the film industry with mentorship and other resources. The agency supported the fast feeder’s 2022 FIFA World Cup sponsorship with a social media campaign starring “Saturday Night Live” cast member Marcello Hernández. The effort leaned into the unique ways Latinos experience soccer.
