Duft Watterson saw revenue double and notched big creative wins for Zacca Hummus and WaTrust Bank

Ward Duft and Jill Watterson founded their agency in Boise, Idaho, just two years ago, but revenue more than doubled in 2019, and the shop now boasts 21 employees and two offices.
Its “Long Live Everyone” campaign for health care provider Geisinger avoided tropes like smiling doctors and medical machinery, increasing brand awareness by 15 percent, new patient acquisition by 12 percent and conversion rates by double digits. A campaign for Zacca Hummus introduced the Idaho brand to a nationwide audience, and the dip is now carried in 157 retail locations as far away as Chicago. A millennial-targeting campaign for WaTrust Bank saw an 89 percent rise in new accounts and $1 million in new deposits, as well as a 72 percent increase in new loan customers.
Duft Watterson also joined 1% For The Planet last year, and employees help decide which environmental nonprofits receive 1 percent of the agency’s gross revenues.
