But at its core is an entrepreneurial spirit best seen through the agency's president, Lee Goldstein, who joined the company as an entry-level employee. "He's a symbol for the kind of growth that's possible here and what we try to maintain in our culture," said CEO Mark DiMassimo.
Founded in 1996, the firm has 65 employees and generated $30.6 million in revenue last year. Recent work has included Fresh Direct's "Just in Case" campaign, which built brand awareness by more than 30%, and a reintroduction of Reader's Digest.
