Shop Has Built Brand Awareness for Fresh Direct and Relaunched Reader's Digest

When you're an agency founded on Cinco de Mayo, there's a distinct company culture that comes with the territory. From epic parties offering free permanent tattoos to a monthly "Offlining Day" where employees detox from devices to brainstorm productively, DiMassimo Goldstein strikes the perfect balance between working hard and playing hard.

But at its core is an entrepreneurial spirit best seen through the agency's president, Lee Goldstein, who joined the company as an entry-level employee. "He's a symbol for the kind of growth that's possible here and what we try to maintain in our culture," said CEO Mark DiMassimo.

Founded in 1996, the firm has 65 employees and generated $30.6 million in revenue last year. Recent work has included Fresh Direct's "Just in Case" campaign, which built brand awareness by more than 30%, and a reintroduction of Reader's Digest.

Other clients include TradeStation, Everbank, CVS CareMark and Mediacom.
