Named after the Greek tale, Odysseus Arms is the brainchild of agency veterans Libby Brockhoff and Franklin Tipton, who, above all else, consider themselves storytellers.
Small Agency of the Year, 1-10 Employees, Gold: Odysseus Arms
Founded in 2011, the agency has worked on campaigns for BuzzFeed, OUYA, Pen International and recently helped launch YouTube's national campaign alongside agency Co:Collective. In just three years of operation, it has amassed an impressive roster of clients including Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Capital One, E.&J. Gallo and Ubisoft.
That success is perhaps due to the nine staffers at the San Francisco-based agency who live and breathe creativity.
"Creativity is this thing where you're putting yourself out there, open to rejection and skepticism. But it doesn't happen without trying," said Ms. Brockhoff. "We create an environment where you can really try things -- even fail too. That is the core of our agency."
