With 62 employees, Pitch is where blue-chip clients turn to for their next big idea. Steering Burger King's yearlong two-for-$5 campaign and the relaunch of its "SatisFries," the firm helped boost sales and nearly doubled the average number of sandwiches sold per week.
Based in Culver City, Calif., and founded in 2008, Pitch has grown from a promotional agency to full service, helping other large clients including Meineke and Living Spaces. It was named one of Ad Age's Agencies to Watch earlier this year.
While the company has evolved, it continues to foster a decentralized culture, and earnestly aims to maintain a familial environment.
"Hierarchy should be about educating, learning and working together. It shouldn't be about position and stature, " said President Rachel Spiegelman.
