Today, the 120-person shop centers on strategic consulting, product and services innovation, design and communications.
For Intuit, this meant a master brand campaign with a whimsical animated film, "A Giant Story," at its center, which put a human spin on how Intuit empowers small biz owners. Phenomenon also developed the in-home platform for fitness cycling program Flywheel, helping to position it as a formidable competitor to Peloton.
Along with Menon, the agency's top execs are seasoned vets from some of the industry's top shops, including President Erica Hoholick, Chief Creative Officer Chris Adams, Chief Strategy Officer Jason De Turris and Chief Marketing Officer Matt Lee.
