Steve Red has always intended for his agency to influence the advertising industry, no matter the medium.
Started in 1996, RTO&P has grown to 89 employees spanning offices in Philadelphia and Santa Monica, Calif. Its biggest clients include Planet Fitness, Kellogg's MorningStar Farms and Levi Strauss & Co.'s Dockers brand, for which it created the #StopDadPants effort.
The agency has also created its own Maker Department to provide new, original content to clients, as it continues to adapt to and adopt new practices.
"We'd like to be an agency of influence," said Mr. Red, president and chief creative officer. "We'd like to influence where advertising is going."
