At a time when many shops are struggling, Chemistry says it grew revenue 60 percent in 2017 thanks to two dozen new clients and projects for Red Bull, YouTube and Turner Classic Movies. How? Basically, the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based agency "blew shit up," it wrote in its submission.

Employees were hired from Wieden & Kennedy, 72andSunny and CP&B, and it launched a new in-house production shop.

For soccer team Atlanta United, its "Unite and Conquer" message was wrapped on outdoor spaces including competitive stadiums, prompting rival fans to tear them down (generating news coverage). "Atlanta United is the most successful launch in MLS franchise history," says the shop. "We sold out every game, and every season ticket."
