After a three-year hiatus, M&M's will return to the Super Bowl.
The Mars candy will air one 30-second spot produced by BBDO New York during the first quarter of the big game, according to the company.
"Some of the beloved M&M'S spokescandies will be back in action like never before," the company said in a statement.
M&M's last appeared in the 2014 Super Bowl with a spot starring Yellow M&M.
Mars had debated between featuring Snickers or M&M's in the 2014 Super Bowl, but decided to go with the bite-sized candies, giving them a third consecutive big game appearance.
Mars has used its Super Bowl inventory to promote Snickers and Skittles in the years since. In 2017's Super Bowl LI, Mars aired one commercial for Skittles, its third consecutive big game ad for the candy ("Romance"). It also ran a live commercial for Snickers staring Adam Driver in a western scene ("Old West").
M&Ms previously aired "Love Ballad" in 2013, where Red professed his love with a romantic serenade, and "Just My Shell" in 2012, which introduced Vanessa Williams as the voice behind the Ms. Brown spokescandy for the very first time.
