Nortel Networks' new 60-second TV spot offers customers service with a very persistent and human face in the form of a ubiquitous "relationship manager," who's called Frank. In the spot, created by Temerlin McClain, Irving, Texas, the ever-popular Frank pops up everywhere from the warehouse to the boardroom to the home, and clients have their questions answered by a multilingual phonebank staffed by rows and rows of identical Franks.
