Brazilian-born pop artist Romero Britto, who broke into the international scene as an artist for Absolut Vodka's renowned global advertising campaign, brings his irreverent graffiti-like style to the serious subject of organ donation with his design of a bus-side ad campaign launching this week. The "Gift of Life" ads will appear on buses in 20 cities in the U.S. and Canada, thanks to a $4 million donation of ad space and production from leading transit ad company Transportation Displays Inc., New York, in partnership with the Coalition On Donation, a national nonprofit alliance dedicated to raising awareness of organ donation.
