Johnny Depp's New Dior Spot Makes a *Bit* More Sense Than Brad Pitt's Chanel Ads

Facebook and Adidas Spots Take Second and Third Place on the Viral Chart

On this week's Viral Video Chart, tallying campaign views for the week that ended Sunday, Johnny Depp proves his viral power for fragrance brands can compete with the likes of Brad Pitt.

Landing at No.1 is Dior's new spot for its cologne "Sauvage," a video that garnered 22 million views and follows Mr. Depp as he escapes a city in a vintage car, digs a hole in the desert and ponders the mysteries of life. It's a little more coherent than Mr. Pitt's 2012 work for Chanel.

Facebook's "What's On Your Mind" holds onto the second spot on our chart, which includes both organic and paid views, while Adidas' "Create Your Own Game" dropped two spots to third place this week.

Coming in at No. 4 is a new spot from Beats by Dre showing Serena Williams' morning routine, when haters and Beats 1 Radio fuel her daily run. At No. 7 is another Serena Williams spot, this one from Gatorade.

Other new viral players include Samsung's "Big Decisions", Google's "Google, Evolved," Gatorade's "Sweat It to Get It 2015" and Ziploc's "Little Beasts."
