European budget airline EasyJet hired London start-up Sledge and launched its first major TV campaign across Europe. Until now, ads have been handled in-house. In the new campaign, EasyJet changes its tagline to "Come on, let's fly," from "The Web's favorite airline." ... Tourism Ireland appointed WPP's J Walter Thompson and MindShare to handle global creative and media, worth $65 million over three years. The incumbents were Interpublic's McCann Erickson and Universal McCann.
