Mr. Wall, who will also continue as managing partner at Fallon London, will be responsible for Fallon's international offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Sao Paulo and Tokyo, and will add more international offices and clients. His title is a new one, but John Gerzema, who was managing partner, Fallon International, left the company in July to join WPP Group's Young & Rubicam as chief insights officer.

Mr. Andersson was executive creative director, G1 Worldwide, Tokyo, a joint-venture between Omnicom Group's TBWA Worldwide and Japanese agency Hakuhodo created to handle Nissan worldwide.
