Robert Campbell to Interpublic Group of Cos.' McCann-Erickson Worldwide as U.K. executive creative director-VP creative for Europe, Middle East and Africa. London-based Mr. Campbell's move comes at the end of a four-year earn-out following WPP's September 1999 acquisition of the London agency he co-founded in 1994. Just three months ago he was named to the new role of vice chairman of Y&R Advertising for Europe, Middle East and Africa, in addition to his previous role of joint executive creative director of the London office.
