Mr. Green will run a global venture from London, called Billetts Connections, which aims to help marketers improve their effectiveness by advising them on issues such as the changing media landscape and best application of research data.

Michael Elliott, 52, to editor, Time Asia, Hong Kong from editor-at-large, Time, New York. He replaces Karl Taro Greenfeld, who is now an editor at large at Time Inc.'s Sports Illustrated in New York.
