[London] Panasonic appointed Aegis Group's Vizeum, London, to handle its estimated $60 million pan-European advertising account as the Japanese consumer-electronics marketer seeks to raise the brand's profile in Europe. The company said it plans a significant increase in media spending in 2005. European creative is handled by independent agency Wire, Hamburg.
