Maurice Tan, who spent the last three years building Nokia into China's leading mobile phone brand as director-VP, mobile phone marketing, has left the company and is moving from Beijing to Shanghai to take on an unidentified position in China's auto industry. His successor at Nokia has not been named.

Sergio Caruso to Sao Paulo, Brazil-based regional director, Latin America for Euro RSCG 4 D, a new post at the Havas-owned direct and digital network. In Latin America, Euro RSCG 4 D has offices in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Puerto Rico. Mr. Caruso was brand manager for Latin America at Intel.
