George Gallate, 41, to CEO, Havas' Euro RSCG Asia-Pacific, India, Middle East based in Shanghai, from CEO, Euro RSCG 4D in New York. He succeeds Vincent Digonnet, who is leaving to return to Europe. Mr. Gallate will continue to lead 4D until a successor is named.
