Ben Langdon, U.K. chairman of Euro RSCG Worldwide, London, has left the agency after 17 months in the post without another job to go to. His departure was widely expected after Jim Heekin, who hired Mr. Langdon when he became chairman-CEO of Euro RSCG, left the network to become chairman-CEO of Grey Worldwide last month. U.K. CEO Chris Pinnington is filling in for Mr. Langdon but has not been named his successor.

Andrew Edwards to London-based president, Europe, Middle East and Africa, of Publicis Groupe's Arc Worldwide, from managing director, Leo Burnett, Sydney, Australia, and global discipline leader for Arc.

Frank Brown is leaving his post as president, Asia/Pacific at MTV Networks in Singapore at the end of this year after 18 years in Europe and Asia with the Viacom-owned network to join his family's business in Australia, an investment and consultancy company called The Laura Group. His successor at MTV has not been named.
