Silvio Matos to president-CEO and chief creative officer of Grey Brazil, Sao Paulo, which has been renamed MatosGrey. Mr. Matos was president-CEO, creative director and owner of 25% of Young & Rubicam in Brazil until he walked out with six other senior directors in December 2005 amid widespread speculation that he would open his own agency.
